This weekend, the Mister and I have the option of attending a party at my cousins' apartment. The point of the party is pickling. The jars (all sanitized and ready to go! the invitation noted) and cucumbers and vinegar variety. Of course, there will be liver-pickling as well. Because who can go birding at the arse-crack of dawn if they're not hung over? (The party will continue to the wee hours in more ways than one.)
