So today, just day three of classes!, we were given The Kit. And ohmygod! The stuff!!! So! Many! Sharp! Knives! Spatulas! Channel knives! Microplanes!!!!! Of course, we haven't actually gotten to use any of it yet - that's next week I think - but we've had lots of interesting lectures, and today, we got to try like a bazillion cheeses. Mmmmmm.......funky, moldly goodness!

I love my knives. I LOVE MY KNIVES! I got them a few years ago and cooking became an instant pleasure. Plus I love to be able to sharpen them. Such a relaxing activity.
