Yes, kiddos, we're off to Ireland in just twenty-five minutes!!! (Ok, so we're going to the Mister's Mother Ship but still . . . ) It will be the Mister's first trip home in four and a half years, and our first trip to Ireland together. (We're sipping on a bottle N'ice Chouffe - a yummy Belgian beer - to prepare ourselves for the long flight . . . ;) We'll see family and friends, and the Mister will fill his suitcase with all the meat-flavored crisps that he can carry. Oh, and we're probably going to drink a lot of beer and eat potatoes too.
Rebecca, the one-eyed wonderdog, will be keeping the much-beloved new couch warm in our absence. I asked her to guest-blog while we're away, but every time I mentioned it, she would (a) fart, (b) lick her own backside, or (c) go take a nap. Dogs.
