Dear Sir or Madam,
A few notes to share with you.
*Enough with the pukey-pukey feelings. Either toss the cookies or digest them. All the rumbling and the tumbling, the angst and the anguish is really getting on my nerves.
*Please, please, pooooooh-lease begin excepting foods other than the following: rice, baked potatoes, bananas, applesauce, Corn Chex, Ritz/Saltine crackers. I like bland things now and again, but EVERY. DAMN. DAY? C'mon. Be a pal. Let me have some salad or something.
Love and tasty, tasty vittles,
grumpypants

Would crystallized ginger and/or cola syrup help? If so, I have both!
Signed,

For the love of god! I don't check your site for a week and you're all out and about and preggers. Love! Kisses! Tiny little baby sized socks! Let me know if you need anything. I can come by and cook you rice.

Hopefully you'll be like me and get magically better at week 12. Nothing made me feel better, nothing. The only time I felt somewhat normal was when I was actually in the act of eating. Sick sick sick. I vowed I'd never get pregnant again. But then week 12 hit and I felt better than ever! Better even than my prepregnancy self! Hang in there!

It's all about the Ritz or saltine crackers. Keep em' in your purse in case you have an emergency somewhere dreadful, like the subway. Not that I am real experienced in the old knocked-up department, but I hear it woks. Sometimes it helps with hangovers too, a dept. I am very well versed with!
